Pricing FAQ
Understand our pricing and find out how Sesimi provides scalable and flexible solutions and fees tailored to your organisation’s needs.
What are presets and why do they matter?
A preset is a predefined ad size or format that you create using your brand components. Think of it as a combination of:
- Design Layout
- Media Channels
- Output Formats
Each preset represents a unique combination of these elements, letting you customise your brand components as needed – all of which factors into your licensing structure.
How do we calculate presets?
Layouts (the layout of an ad) are your foundational creative building blocks made up of configurable
brand
components (headlines, price points, image assets). Presets (media channel and output format) are determined based on the number of variations generated from a specific layout.
For example:
- layout 1: This layout has a fixed structure with multiple size variations providing 8 presets.

- layout 2: This different structure provides fewer output variations at 5 presets.

How is channel automation licensed?
Sesimi allows for unlimited outputs with licensing structured around preset volumes. This means:
- you have full creative flexibility within your preset quota,
- additional preset can be created and added as needed and based on your licensing,
- older presets can be retired and replaced during your next licensing window.
This approach ensures you get the most from Sesimi’s powerful automation capabilities without unnecessary limitations.
When do you need a new layout?
We make it easy to adapt while keeping your licensing transparent and predictable. New layouts are required when:
- the structure of an ad changes significantly mid-build,
- a different content hierarchy is needed as ad sizes change,
- a post launch format shift requires new framework.
A new layout will result in new presets and your licensing agreement will be adjusted to reflect this.

Contact usWhat determines platform licensing?
Sesimi’s licensing model is built on a phased model to ensure the highest level of functionality and automation your business desires. Licensing agreements are determined based off a variety of factors.
- Core License: This covers your unique tenancy setup, security access, and reporting functionality.
- Module Licenses: These determine the level of functionality you require while keeping licensing
flexible.
- Phase 1: Compliance Module,
- Phase 2: Compliance, Digital Asset Management (DAM), and Content Automation Modules,
- Phase 3: Compliance, DAM, Content Automation, and Planner Modules.
- Presets: The number of creative automation outputs included in your license.
- Add-ons: Optional tools such as AI-driven image adjustment and voice generation.
What are consumables and how do they impact licensing?
Certain platform elements operate on a usage based licensing model including:
- Hosting: determined by the volume of assets stored within the platform.
- Integration: third party connections and integrations offered where needed.
- Compliance checking: per-case verification of assets against brand guidelines.
These elements ensure you only ever pay for what you use, keeping licensing aligned with your needs.
