The Challenge

Disconnected systems limited visibility across the dealer network

Kubota’s existing digital asset management platform gave dealers access to approved marketing materials but provided little visibility into campaign adoption or asset usage across the network.

Co-op funds were managed separately through email and spreadsheets, increasing administration and leaving marketing, sales and dealer teams without a shared view of available funding or local activity.

Kubota needed a connected system that could improve campaign visibility, increase dealer engagement, protect brand consistency and simplify co-op fund management.

The Solution

Connecting national campaigns with local dealer marketing

Kubota implemented Sesimi as the central environment for distributing national campaigns, managing digital assets and enabling local dealer marketing across Australia and New Zealand.

Dealers can now access approved campaigns and customise marketing materials with their local information, while Kubota maintains control over brand-critical content.

Sesimi also replaced Kubota’s email and spreadsheet-based co-op fund process with a structured workflow connected to approved campaign activity. This brought funding information, campaign participation and local marketing into the same governed environment.

Result

Within six months, 71 Kubota location groups were actively using Sesimi, representing 52% of the network’s location groups. Dealers generated 2,981 asset downloads during the same period.

Greater visibility across the network

Kubota can now track dealer engagement, campaign adoption and asset usage, giving its teams a clearer view of how national marketing is activated locally.

Simpler local dealer marketing

Dealers have a more direct way to access approved content, create locally relevant marketing and participate in funded campaigns while remaining within Kubota’s brand framework.

Stronger national and local alignment

By connecting campaign distribution, local production and co-op fund management, Kubota created a more coordinated approach to dealer marketing across Australia and New Zealand.
