Feature Highlights

AI Voice Generation in Templates

Templates now support voice generation using ElevenLabs, enabling audio to be generated as part of the asset creation process.

Voice can be dynamically applied within templates, allowing teams to produce fully formed creative that includes both visual and spoken components from a single workflow.

This supports use cases such as video narration, audio ads, and voice driven content variations, without requiring external production steps.

Duplicate Claim Detection

Claims now include detection for potential duplicates and similar submissions based on file content and metadata. When a claim is created, the system checks for:

• Matching documents and file content

• Similar tags and submission attributes

If a match is found, users are alerted and can review the existing claim before proceeding. This reduces duplicate submissions and improves compliance accuracy.

The Manage Payment screen now includes filtering by payment status, allowing users to isolate claims based on their payment stage.

Improved Tag Governance and Management

Tags can now be managed more effectively, including merging duplicate tags and maintaining consistency across assets.

Teams can:

• Merge duplicate or overlapping tags

• Track where tags are used across assets

• Maintain cleaner, standardised metadata

Improved User Registration

Users can now request access directly from the login page, with administrators able to approve or decline requests through a structured workflow.

Requests can be reviewed, assigned to approvers, and actioned via secure approval links, with validation in place to ensure access is granted appropriately.

Improved Funds Visibility and Budget Tracking

Funds now provide clearer insight into available budgets and upcoming activity, helping teams plan with greater confidence.

You can now view remaining fund amounts by period, track upcoming spend in dashboards, and see pending claims before they impact available budget. Stronger Asset Governance and Collections

Content governance has been improved to better support large distributed libraries.

You can now bulk import assets directly into collections, transfer collection ownership when users are removed, and manage collection access separately from asset access. Assets created from templates also inherit template names for better traceability.

SSO and Access Management Enhancements

User onboarding and access configuration have been simplified.

SSO mapping is available now and includes search, pagination, and CSV import and export.

Admins can also assign default share rights for a team to streamline asset and template sharing.

Expanded Reporting Options

Reporting now provides more flexible data export and improved visibility.

You can export filtered asset data via CSV, export offering data, and exclude specific data from raw exports.
